ASSURE™ OC (Oxidation Catalyst)

The ASSURE™ OC for spark-ignited (stoichiometric) engines is a flow-through catalyst designed to control emissions of carbon monoxide (CO) and hydrocarbons (HC). The high-performance, durable oxidation catalyst is housed within a 304L stainless steel, corrosion resistant package. Available with multiple custom configurations, the ASSURE™ OC can be retrofitted as a direct muffler or silencer replacement.

• For natural gas and propane, lean-burn engines
• Reduces carbon monoxide (CO) and hydrocarbons (HC) up to 95%.
• Does not require regeneration.

 

ASSURE™ TWC (Three-Way Catalyst)

Meet NSPS Regulations NOW with the ASSURE™ TWC

The ASSURE TWC for spark-ignited (stoichiometric) engines significantly reduces carbon monoxide (CO), hydrocarbons (HC) and nitrogen oxides (NOx). The reduction process of these emissions is called “three-way” conversion.

The ASSURE™ Three-Way Catalyst uses a flow-through ceramic filter coated with CleanAIR’s unique catalyst and packaged in a 304L stainless steel shell, finished by bead blasting, offering a highly corrosion-resistant product that will last for years. Available as standard Catalyst design, Catalyst/muffler design or Catalyst/silencer design.

• For natural gas, propane, and gasoline engines: stationary generators.
• For nonselective catalytic reduction (NSCR) of NOx, CO and HC.
• Reduces carbon monoxide (CO) and hydrocarbons (HC) up to 95%.
• Reduces nitrogen oxides (NOx) by up to 95%.
