Using custom engineering and integrated manufacturing, CleanAIR develops highly effective emissions control systems tailored to each customer’s specific equipment needs and environment.
- Our engineering staff begins by using CAD software to perform 3-D designs of emissions control systems to optimize performance and take full advantage of available installation space. Designs are then run through flow, stress, and strain modeling software to analysis and further perfect the design.
- Employing an extensive knowledge of ceramics, metals and chemistry, CleanAIR has the capability to manufacture and expertly package a wide variety of emissions control equipment. In addition, our ability to perform custom metal work and produce tools as needed, strategically supports high-volume production.
- The CleanAIR Systems’ manufacturing plant includes an on-site testing and research facility, featuring engine dynamometers and emissions monitoring equipment. During testing, a dynamometer is used to measure and monitor the emission levels of carbon monoxide, hydrocarbons, nitrogen oxides and diesel particulate in order to meet stringent emissions control standards.
