1994 - Developed proprietary catalyst process.

1999 – Established in-house testing facility.

2002 – PERMIT™ FBC accepted by MSHA for use in underground mining. Is the only passively regenerating system that does not increase NO2.

2002 – Developed the HiBACK™ Data Logging and Alarm System to measure and warn engine operators of back pressure problems that could be associated with filters.

2003 - Verified by California Air Resources Board (CARB) for PERMIT™ diesel particulate filter on stationary engines.

2004 – Developed the AeroCLEAN™ Filter Cleaning System for use in cleaning particulate from diesel filters. Currently the only filter cleaning product that does not use electricity or heat.

2006 - Licensed new technology for low-temperature selective catalytic reduction from Los Alamos National Laboratories.

2007 – Designed and manufactured a proprietary DPF/Silencer product for emergency and prime power generators, introducing the only stainless steel DPF/Silencer on the market.

2007 - Development and introduction of ENDURE™ selective catalytic reduction technology with state-of-the-art, closed-loop, real-time NOx control and monitoring reductant injection system.

2007 - Verification by CARB for PERMIT™ DPF as part of diesel emission control system (DECS) developed by EGR Technologies.

2007 - Installation of first selective catalytic reduction system.

2008 – Allied Vendor Agreement with Caterpillar to supply emissions control technology and services to CAT Dealers.

2008 – Commercial introduction and installations of E-POD (ENDURE SCR + Permit DPF).

2008 – Granted Level 3 PLUS Verification for PERMIT™ DPF by CARB.

2008 - Move to new facility, doubling production space.

2008 – Received patent for burner system technology

2009 – Field testing of BluFIRE System for on- and off-highway vehicles, thereby opening a new worldwide market for CleanAIR Systems.

2010 - Recognized along with Los Alamos National Laboratory with Award of Excellence in Technology Transfer from the Federal Laboratory Consortium for the CleanAIR ENDURE™ SCR

2010 - Awarded the 10th Annual EPA Clean Air Excellence Award for the CleanAIR E-POD™

2010 - Caterpillar Emissions Solutions Expands Capabilities Through Acquisition of CleanAIR Systems

2011 - Groundbreaking for building expansion to 50,000+ square feet.
